We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer/Engineer to be responsible for two important areas: (1) the coding, innovative design and layout of our websites; and (2) maintaining our cloud-based servers and managing DNS, Name servers, and registrars. This is a key role in our growing company and you must have expertise in both of these areas. Ultimately, you will ensure the functionality and efficiency of web infrastructure.
Requirements You will help build/rebuild our various WordPress sites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function. You will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and secure. In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. Web Developer Responsibilities are: Produce well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Build website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Utilize data from various back-end services and databases Collect and review specifications and requirements based on technical needs Maintain, expand, and scale our site as assigned Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities Work together with web designers to match visual design intent WebMaster Requirements are: 2+ years' experience of working on a Webmaster, Web Developer or Web Programmer Knowledge of web analytics and SEO Excellent knowledge of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to generate creative ideas Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach Strong organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks Good ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
